A selection of the works on show during April at Art at the Alex. Following on from the Handful of Printmakers exhibition in March this is another five person show, but the media used is more diverse. Its a fabulous range from colourful paintings to monochome stone carving, works about archaeological finds in lead to whimsically modelled wirework, floral watercolours to leaded glass of wrestlers. But a harmonious whole, a feast for the eyes. Its definitely an eyeful for our visitors.
Alongside the exhibition works are works from other local cabinets in cards and in cabinets. Open 11-4 Thursdays to Saturdays with vegan chef Sadie serving lovely food on Fridays and Saturdays.
