By the end of this month we will have boxes (and boxes) of brochures to publicise the 300+ artists showing work as part of Warwickshire Open Studios. Art at the Alex is venue 50 this year and we have a different format than usual. Because we now have studio artists full time in the Brewery and Silver Shed we have decided to show work by less artists, open more weekends and give the artists and makers more space to work in. Have more of a working studio feel. We also plan to involve many other artists by having daily demonstrations. You won’t miss out, there will still be plenty to see here.
You can see more about our artists on the Warwickshire Open Studios website. As well as the Alex there are local artists showing work in Barby, Cawston, Coton Park and Dunchurch – plus five artists including Carol Wheeler at RAGM Floor One Gallery. Pop in and pick up a brochure from early May.
Excited that this event will also overlap with the Love Rugby festival too.
